All prices are in GBP British Pounds unless otherwise stated
Worldwide shipping
International orders are shipped via Airmail or Courier. A confirmation email will be sent when items have been dispatched. When orders are dispatched via UK mainland or International courier a tracking number will be emailed with the dispatch confirmation email. If you have any queries or questions related to shipping or would like a delivery quote just contact us or at info@micamoma.com
Please note: All customs/duties charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Micamoma can not be held responsible for any charges levied by international customs authorities.
Payment
All payments are processed securely. We also accept payment via Bank Transfer/Internet banking please contact Micamoma for details.
Though we endeavour to list product items accurately inaccuracies concerning product and item specification may sometimes occur. In the event of an item or product specifications being erroneously listed. We reserve the right to cancel, amend or substitute any listed products or items purchased before dispatch. In the event of a cancelled item, a full refund will be issued God willing. In the event of an item or product amendment the correct and originally intended item or product will substituted and dispatched.
UK Delivery
UK and European delivery rates are automatically generated based on the weight and delivery location of your order. We aim to ensure that you receive your order within 3-7 days from dispatch. All orders should be dispatched within 1-5 working days of receiving full payment for the items. Micamoma cannot be held responsible for delays for postal service or courier delays.
Delivery destinations to the Channel Isles, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, and Northern Ireland may incur additional delivery charges other than that of mainland UK. In this case, we may contact you if the generated automated delivery quote does not cover the cost of delivery to those locations.
If you need your items sooner then please contact us. Items will be sent by Royal Mail or by courier for heavier items.
European Union Nail polish suspension base shipping
We deliver to most countries within the European Union. Orders are normally dispatched within 2-3 working days.
Shipping to Non EU Countries
We are able to ship to most countries. Please select your country from the drop-down list on the cart page. A shipping quote will be automatically generated If your country is not on the list please contact us so we can give you a quote for shipping to your country. Thank you.
If an order is to be shipped via a third party. We can not held responsible for any damages or claims once the order/ items are in the care of the third party shipper or courier
Please note we are unable to ship suspension base and liquid pigment pigments to EU locations United States and Canada
Cancellations
We are able to cancel an order before it enters our order processing stage. After an order enters the processing stage we can not guarantee that an order will be cancelled and not dispatched. If an order is cancelled we reserve the right to issue a refund less any charges and processing fees.
If an order is dispatched we are unable to pay the return delivery costs. If you intend to cancel an order we advise you to do this as soon as possible and contact us at info@micamoma.com marking the message with the title ‘CANCELLATION OF ORDER‘ followed by the order number.
Returns and Refunds
We are happy to accept returns. The items must be unopened and unused. The customer has 14 days from day of receipt to return the Goods. The customer will pay the return delivery charges.
Please contact info@micamoma.com if you intend to return an item.
We can only accept items for return if prior notice is given within 14 days of receiving the items. Goods must be received by Micamoma within 14 days from initial notification of intent to return. A trackable delivery service must be used. Micamoma can not be held responsible for the loss or delay of items returned. Refunds cannot be issued if items are not received.
Micamoma cannot be held responsible or liable for postal/courier delays. Items are classified as lost when they are not received within 15 days of dispatch. Items delayed in the postal service and are trackable can not be classified as lost and refunds can not be issued until the items are returned.
It is advisable to purchase small amounts initially to complete testing before committing to larger quantities in to check an item’s compatibility.
In the event of unwanted or unclaimed orders being returned to us. We can resend the items however the customer will pay the return postage cost. If a refund is requested after items have been dispatched we will refund the order total less the postage charges and any additional fees incurred on the return of the items. If an order is cancelled after payment but is yet to be dispatched we will refund the full order amount less any processing or associated fees. If an item/order is returned to us we can only issue a refund (less the delivery charges and other additional fees) once we have received the item.
Claims
In the event of a damage claim. We require photo evidence of the damage. We request that the damaged goods be returned to us. Before any refunds or replacements are dispatched. On receiving the goods we reserve the right to ascertain the extent of the damage and refund or offer a replacement. The customer will pay the return carriage costs which we will refund on receiving the goods. We recommend using a trackable form of postage. We cannot be held responsible for lost or misdirected goods.
In the event of a disputed delivery claim. We will endeavour to investigate via our courier. If the mis-delivery or non-delivery is the fault of the courier or ourselves(Micamoma.com, MicamomaUK) we will refund or resend the items. If in the event that the tracking information indicates that the items have been delivered to the supplied delivery location we reserve the right to offer a replacement. Please contact us immediately if you have not received your parcel so we can investigate further.
Free Delivery
How do I take advantage of FREE shipping?
- The basket subtotal should be over £85(GBP) after any other discounts.
- We do not offer free delivery to PO Boxes
- Deliver these items to a single address in the United Kingdom excluding the Isle of Man, Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands
- The offer is valid for a limited time only. We reserve the right to cancel it at any time.
- Orders that are under £85 after applying a discount code or coupon do not qualify for free shipping.
- The subtotal amount after the discount or coupon must be over £85(GBP) in order to qualify.
- Free Delivery is available via our website(s) (www.micamoma.co.uk. micamoma.com).
- Transactions using alternative payment methods may be subject to appropriate delivery/shipping charges.
